About the Team

Join the dynamic North America Regional Marketing team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where collaboration and innovation drive success. Our team works closely with the National Sales organization and other marketing functions to deliver impactful programs that attract new customers and strengthen existing relationships. We operate in a highly matrixed environment, partnering with sales, portfolio marketing, market planning, and demand generation teams to execute strategic initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead the planning and execution of major tradeshows and strategic events across the U.S. and Canada. This role is critical to supporting business priorities, driving brand visibility, and enabling sales engagement. You will manage all aspects of event strategy, logistics, and post-event follow-up, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering exceptional experiences for customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute tradeshows and events, including messaging, logistics, and post-event activities.

  • Oversee event budgeting, ensuring projects remain on schedule, on-brand, and within scope.

  • Enable sales teams with event materials, including swag, uniforms, messaging, and updated collateral.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on event production from start to finish.

  • Manage event set-up, tear-down, and follow-up processes.

  • Drive pre- and post-event lead follow-up and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Partner with demand generation teams to develop promotional plans and post-event engagement strategies.

  • Provide on-site support during events, including booth setup, run-of-show management, and demo assistance.

  • Travel up to 25–30% to support event execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B tradeshows and event management.

  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Self-starter with the ability to own projects from concept to completion.

  • Highly organized and adept at managing complex logistics and resources.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven experience working with sales teams and building strong relationships.

  • Budget management expertise.

  • Passion for delivering high-quality, impactful event experiences.



U.S. National Base Pay Range: $86,600 - $144,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.



This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
