About the Role
Is responsible for manually tracing individuals and re-uniting them with our clients, processing files through our internal database and ordering certificates from registry offices.
Responsibilities
Trace individuals to reunite them with our clients using a variety of internal and external platforms
Order certificates from registry offices and consolidate the expenses
Process large data files through internal systems and ensure deadlines are met
Receive, distribute and record post, data entry and filing
Create projects on our internal systems and ensure the data submitted by clients meets our minimum requirements
Securely send files to clients and ensure invoices are created correctly
Take inbound and outbound telephone calls in order to re-engage individuals with our clients
Peer review colleagues’ work
Engage with and support key stakeholders from across the business
Perform other duties as reasonably assigned
Requirements
