About the Role

Is responsible for manually tracing individuals and re-uniting them with our clients, processing files through our internal database and ordering certificates from registry offices.

Responsibilities

  • Trace individuals to reunite them with our clients using a variety of internal and external platforms

  • Order certificates from registry offices and consolidate the expenses

  • Process large data files through internal systems and ensure deadlines are met

  • Receive, distribute and record post, data entry and filing

  • Create projects on our internal systems and ensure the data submitted by clients meets our minimum requirements

  • Securely send files to clients and ensure invoices are created correctly

  • Take inbound and outbound telephone calls in order to re-engage individuals with our clients

  • Peer review colleagues’ work

  • Engage with and support key stakeholders from across the business

  • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned

Requirements
