About the Role
As a Technical Consultant with the Professional Services Team (North America), you will provide SaaS application integration services to clients. You will be responsible for analyzing their needs, customizing software configurations and workflows, and supporting integration and test to move customers from contract to production.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technical implementation and customer-facing roles, especially in industries like financial services, government, ecommerce, or education.
Familiarity with enterprise operating systems (Windows, Unix), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and internet infrastructure concepts such as OSI model, DNS, web/application servers, and encryption protocols.
Understanding of coding principles, with experience in one or more programming languages; knowledge of data structures (XML, JSON, RDMS) and API integration (REST, HTTP methods).
Exposure to enterprise application architecture and web development workflows including authentication, payment systems, HTML, DOM, and JavaScript.
Awareness of Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and native mobile development for iOS and Android, including SDK integration.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve engagement goals, maintain client relationships, and provide support within project scope.
Translate client needs into actionable solutions, including testing, documentation, and training.
Monitor project timelines, risks, scope, and budget, escalating issues when needed.
Represent customer interests internally and promote organizational capabilities.
Identify potential upsell opportunities and coordinate with consulting teams for follow-up.
Apply knowledge of related systems to improve customer experience and engagement outcomes.
