The Role

You are responsible for creating, developing and maintaining long term executive relationships across a portfolio of Regional accounts in Japan that lead to optimal business outcomes for the customer and ICIS. The successful candidate will be a resourceful, motivated individual with a high level of curiosity, passion to learn, courage to try, fail and win.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Identifing opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts and pursue new business.

  • Developing strategic account plans tailored to each client’s needs and business goals.

  • Leading in negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals.

  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer support) to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Monitoring account performance, prepare sales forecasts, and report on KPIs.

  • Addressing client issues promptly and effectively to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Have a strong communication and interpersonal skill

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B environments

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (often preferred)
