This Team performs complex research, design, and software development assignments within a software functional area or product line, and provides direct input to project plans, schedules, and methodology in the development of cross-functional software products.

We are looking for a collaborative and curious Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and testing of software components within a specific product area. You’ll work on moderately complex tasks, solve problems creatively, and help build reliable and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into software designs.

• Develop, test, and maintain software components with attention to quality and performance.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.

• Perform other related duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Approximately 3 years of experience in software development (we value equivalent experience gained through non-traditional paths, such as bootcamps, self-study, or open-source contributions).

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is helpful but not required. Equivalent practical experience is equally valued.
