About the job: Applicant responsibilities will include supporting the conversion team by downloading devices, device testing, ensuring timely delivery, coordinating with customers and vendors, basic troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, asset management and updating documents.

You’ll be responsible for:

· Assist with Point-of-Sale conversion projects, including coordination with customers, customer training and downloading of Point-of-Sale equipment

· Assist with the point-of-sale testing of new applications and application updates

· Assist with inventory and asset management

· Ability to navigate multiple web-based platforms and update spreadsheets

· Assist with level 2 support and customer troubleshooting

· Ability to work with internal departments

· Ability to work a hybrid schedule and be flexible with that schedule

· Ability to embrace new challenges, pivot when necessary, and prioritize tasks

· Effectively sets priorities to meet workload deadlines, commitments, and all applicable established departmental goals

· Possess excellent verbal, written, and the ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $47,900 - $79,900. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
