About the Team:
Our Compliance team ensures that all mutual fund operations meet complex state-level regulatory requirements. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team currently consisting of two Compliance Specialists and one supporting staff member. The role involves working across two platforms (V4 and V5), depending on client assignments.
About the Job:
As a Compliance Specialist I, you’ll support compliance processes for a set of client accounts. This includes handling documentation, verifying regulatory alignment, and preparing data for audits. This role is based on-site in our Cambridge office, five days a week. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who is organized, methodical, and interested in the operational side of regulatory compliance.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
Managing essential compliance tasks
Administrative processing of paperwork and cheques
Tracking and updating key information
Using organizational tools for compliance management
Reviewing sales data related to mutual fund performance
Ensuring mutual funds meet applicable state-specific regulations
Submitting accurate information for audit purposes
Managing a dedicated portfolio of client accounts
Collaborating with the compliance team and other departments to maintain workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and organized
Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
Able to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
Willing to work on-site 5 days per week in our Cambridge office
Preferred background includes experience in Banking, auditing, or financial services
Bachelor’s degree preferred
