About the Team:

Our Compliance team ensures that all mutual fund operations meet complex state-level regulatory requirements. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team currently consisting of two Compliance Specialists and one supporting staff member. The role involves working across two platforms (V4 and V5), depending on client assignments.

About the Job:

As a Compliance Specialist I, you’ll support compliance processes for a set of client accounts. This includes handling documentation, verifying regulatory alignment, and preparing data for audits. This role is based on-site in our Cambridge office, five days a week. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who is organized, methodical, and interested in the operational side of regulatory compliance.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Managing essential compliance tasks

  • Administrative processing of paperwork and cheques

  • Tracking and updating key information

  • Using organizational tools for compliance management

  • Reviewing sales data related to mutual fund performance

  • Ensuring mutual funds meet applicable state-specific regulations

  • Submitting accurate information for audit purposes

  • Managing a dedicated portfolio of client accounts

  • Collaborating with the compliance team and other departments to maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and organized

  • Comfortable working independently and within a team environment

  • Able to follow structured processes and meet deadlines

  • Willing to work on-site 5 days per week in our Cambridge office

  • Preferred background includes experience in Banking, auditing, or financial services

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
