About the Team:
The Alliance Partner team manages relationships with channel partners and resellers. These partnerships are high-profile, multi-layered, and fast-moving.
About the Job:
The Field Sales Support Representative (FSSR) works under the Manager, Sales Support within the Alliance Sales organization, assisting partner teams. FSSRs collaborate with designated sales teams and regional VPs to provide account management, sales reporting, and essential tools.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer maintenance requests
- Understand customer onboarding procedures
- Offer billing support and conduct audits
- Create tailored sales reports
- Act as a bridge between internal and external partners
- Oversee special projects as assigned
- Participate in weekly sales team meetings
Qualifications:
- Over 2 years of experience supporting sales teams
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Master Back Office (MBS)
- Excellent organizational, administrative, analytical, and communication abilities
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Preferred: Experience in sales, customer service, or operations within LN Risk and Power Bi skills are a plus.
