About the Role

The Project Delivery Manager role is the primary point of contact for our professional services engagements with customers and partners. They are responsible for managing a portfolio of customer projects to ensure delivery to the required quality, budgetary and timeline metrics. Delivery Managers are also responsible for the co-ordination of internal resources and must have solid communication skills to align expectations clearly with both technical and non-technical parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the SVP - Global Delivery to prioritise, plan and track across product, engineering and DevOps teams to deliver successful client implementations.

  • Take responsibility for the successful delivery of a portfolio of client implementation projects, ensuring effective prioritisation and planning of product, engineering and DevOps activities

  • Regularly and efficiently communicate progress, performance and costs of delivery.

  • Communicating client feedback to Product team to inform future product roadmap.

Other Duties:

  • Proactively seek to optimise and improve our hybrid delivery processes.

  • Support Quality Assurance as part of the delivery process.

  • Representing the Delivery team in pre-sales, BAU and support activities.

Requirements

  • Be able to communicate well with Product and Development teams

  • Have the ability to work well with others and discuss technical issues with clients

  • Be able to be self-directed and task-oriented

  • Have great time management skills to meet frequent and possibly conflicting deadlines and work schedules

  • Display exceptional collaborative and team skills

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including solid written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Be able to interact with ease at the executive level

  • Demonstrate pro-active leadership skills

  • Have excellent technical sales, consulting, or project management experience

  • Have a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for California:$112,100.00 - $186,800.00
