We are looking for a Senior UX Designer whose mission is to design and deliver cutting-edge solutions that redefine lab automation user experiences.

You will be responsible for:

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions

• Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, developers, UI designers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements

• Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions.

• Create detailed flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate the user experience

• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.

• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes

What it takes:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline

• Significant proven experience as a UX designer with a robust portfolio showcasing design excellence

• Deep-seated knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams and enable consensus

• Experience leading and mentoring junior designers

• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and an appetite for solving complex/ambiguous problems
