We meet labs where they are on their automation journey and are the trusted partner to customers including trusts within the NHS, bit.bio and The Francis Crick Institute. We are also supporting advancements across Core Testing Labs, Academic Institutes, CDMOs, Pharma’s and Biotech’s.

We are looking for a senior digital product manager to build a world-class user experience for the setup and operation of an automated laboratory workflow on the LINQ platform.

Why is this role important at Automata?

RunXP is the highest touch element of our digital product user experience that is essential to build trust with and deliver value to our users. As such the RunXP product forms a key pillar in our platform. We’re looking for a dedicated individual with deep experience in digital product management to Set the vision, build the roadmap and then lead the team to deliver and roadmap for delivery of a best-in-class user experience instilling trust, and usability throughout the RunXP domain.

You will be responsible for:

• 60% - Epic / Story development

• 20% - User / Market Research

• 10% - Acceptance testing

• 10% - Internal + External Comms / Roadmapping

• Significant and proven experience as a Product Manager

• Digital product background

• Roadmapping

• User research

• Collaborate with the Design team

• Acceptance Testing

• Product definition and positioning

• Data analysis
