About this Role:

As a Project Manager at Appear Here, you will be developing some of the most exciting retail and hospitality spaces in London and beyond. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards across our portfolio, bridging the gap between Appear Here and our world-class tenants with a mission to create amazing experiences. Whether it’s finding opportunities to drive more footfall, bring in the best brand partners, deliver an unforgettable event, or boost your space’s Vibe Report - you’ll need to be ready to roll up your sleeves and get sh*t done.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual standards and guidelines to ensure the quality and consistency of spaces.
• Foster great relationships with tenants and partners bridging the gap between all stakeholders in an engaging and professional manner.
• Own your spaces - they are yours to develop and reap the rewards!
• Manage projects that involve design, set-up, and maintenance of spaces, from concept to execution.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure that spaces meet tenant and client expectations.
• Collaborate with external partners, contractors, and vendors to ensure that visual elements are executed according to specifications.
• Ensure spaces are set up and maintained to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Proven experience in retail, production be it fashion or events, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, cross-functional teams, and external partners to achieve visual and project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An eye for creativity and design, with the ability to ensure spaces are visually compelling.
