We're on a mission to simplify how our customers think about their compliance requirements. As part of our UK operations, we're looking for a talented B2B Marketing Manager to drive our sales and marketing initiatives in the UK. Working closely with our sales and executive teams, you'll help develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and win new business.
Reporting directly to the UK General Manager, you'll join a team driven to succeed. This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing function in the UK, whilst progression your marketing career!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness across channels
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive sales
- Create and manage content across digital channels
- Develop sales collateral for each stage of the customer journey
- Identify opportunities to attend industry events and plan and coordinate presence to generate sales
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise based on data insights
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify and nurture leads
- Manage marketing budgets for campaigns and initiatives
- Create regular reports on marketing metrics and ROI
- Support the maintenance of our CRM system and marketing tools
The Ideal Candidate
If you've got a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, experience in create and implementing marketing strategies that drive revenue, have worked closely with sales and customer success teams to deliver growth and are ambitious to progress your career, then we want to hear from you!
What you'll need to succeed
- 7 to 10 years of B2B marketing experience
- Proven track record of delivering multi million pound pipelines and sales
- Experience with content management systems and marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing and lead generation principles
- Experience in start up, fast paced environment
- Data driven approach with experience in campaign analysis
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
- A genuine desire to succeed and progress
