As part of our UK operations, we're looking for a talented B2B Marketing Manager to drive our sales and marketing initiatives. Working closely with our sales and executive teams, you'll help to develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and win new business.

You'll have experience in B2B marketing with knowledge of Account Based Marketing, Lead Generation and Data Segmentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing career whilst making a real impact on business growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns focussed on lead generation and brand awareness in a multi-channel environment
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive sales
  • Create and manage content across digital channels
  • Develop sales collateral for each stage of the buyers journey
  • Identify opportunities to attend industry events and plan and coordinate presence to generate sales
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise based on data insights
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify and nurture leads
  • Join sales teams in meetings and facilitate follow ups
  • Manage marketing budgets for campaigns and initiatives
  • Create regular reporting on marketing metrics and ROI
  • Support the maintenance of our CRM system and marketing tools

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 7 to 10 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Proven track record in delivering multi-million pound pipelines and sales
  • Experience with content management systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understand of B2B digital marketing and lead generation principles
  • Experience in startup, fast paced environments
  • Data-driven approach with experience in campaign analysis
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics etc)
  • Excellent project management and organisation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
  • Knowledge of compliance/financial services/fintech industry is a plus
