TL;DR
You'll join Altura as a senior, hands-on growth generalist owning the top of our funnel — demand generation, ads, social, and events — at an AI-native B2B SaaS company. This is a role for someone who has gone all-in on AI tooling: you build agents, generate assets with AI, ship landing pages without waiting for a developer, and think in workflows rather than tasks. You'll work in a flat, small marketing team with direct exposure to strategy and unusual scope to drive outcomes.
The role and your challenge:
Marketing is changing fast. The old model of big teams, slow campaigns, and hand-offs between specialists doesn't fit how AI-native companies build and grow. We're building ours around small teams with strong individual contributors who can think strategically, execute end-to-end, and use AI to punch way above their weight.
Your challenge is to drive the top of our funnel, generating awareness, demand, and pipeline, while helping shape the broader marketing strategy alongside the team. You'll own how Altura shows up in the market through lead generation, paid acquisition, social, and events. You'll be complementary to our other marketing role, which focuses on product marketing and content (mid- and bottom-of-funnel); together you cover the full breadth of marketing in a small team, with a designer supporting both of you.
You're a B2B marketer who has done this before. You also have an unusual builder streak: you don't wait for tickets, you build the workflow, the agent, the landing page, and the campaign yourself, then connect the tools so the system keeps running once it's live.
You will:
Own and contribute across a broad marketing scope, with primary ownership of demand generation, brand presence, social media, and events. In close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
Run lead generation and pipeline programs end-to-end, from idea to launch to measurement.
Lead paid acquisition in close collaboration with our freelance ads specialist — setting strategy, briefing campaigns, and owning the results.
Build Altura's voice and presence on LinkedIn and other social channels.
Plan and run events and webinars that build community and create pipeline.
Build the marketing engine of an AI-native company: automate workflows, connect tools, and stand up agents that take repetitive work off your plate so you can spend time on judgement and strategy.
Ship without waiting — write your own copy, generate your own assets, and build your own landing pages and microsites with AI tools.
Help shape Altura's brand and go-to-market positioning alongside the marketing colleague focused on product and content.
Contribute to strategic marketing discussions, including metrics, quarterly goals, and broader planning.
Partner with Sales to make sure top-of-funnel work converts — feeding back signal, sharpening targeting, and helping build the playbooks.
Look at the data weekly, decide what's working, kill what isn't, and repeat. We measure experiment volume as a sign of momentum, not just outcomes.
Work as part of a flat, collaborative team structure with direct access to decision-making.
You have:
3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with hands-on ownership of demand generation and paid acquisition
A track record of building pipeline, not just awareness — you know the difference and you measure it
Deep fluency with AI tooling: you've built agents, automated workflows, and shipped assets without waiting for a developer or designer
Experience running campaigns end-to-end, from brief to landing page to measurement, without handing off between specialists
Strong instincts on what's working and the discipline to kill what isn't, fast
A builder streak that shows up in your work history: tools connected, workflows automated, time reclaimed for judgment
Comfort operating in a small, flat team where scope is wide and direction isn't always handed to you
Bonus: experience with events, webinars, or community as pipeline channels
