The plans for 2023 and beyond are as exciting as they are delicious - growing the product range to serve a growing community, scaling our teams and expanding the production space in Blackhorse Road (The Greenhouse).. The allplants team is ready to scale their inclusive celebration of food to the next level and is looking for talent like you to join its journey.
The role:
We are looking to bring a Senior CRM Executive into our Marketing team. The role is full time and based at “The Greenhouse” in Blackhorse Road (with Hybrid working).
Reporting into our Marketing Director, you’ll play a key role in the Marketing Team; you will be responsible for enhancing allplants customer’s experience and engagement with the brand, by building and executing campaigns, content and automations that will nudge people to try new meals and inspire them to place more orders.
You’ll have the freedom to test and explore what works best, based on the value of impact you think they can make.
You’ll show your passion for enhancing customer experiences with allplants, brimming with ideas to build a community that is bonded by the allplants movement and future way of eating. Ultimately your role will be to craft digital experiences and content that allplants customers will love.
What you'll be doing
Campaign Execution: You will manage our direct-to-customer campaigns on email and SMS, defining audience and messaging to build campaigns and schedule emails.
Campaign + Channel Reporting: You’ll be responsible for weekly and monthly email reporting back to the business, sharing learnings and insights to drive opportunities and performance further.
Channel Growth: You’ll support business growth projects with customer comms to our email database
SMS: You’ll also weave SMS into our contact strategy to complement our email comms
Driving rapid insights: You will carry out regular tests to constantly improve our campaign engagement metrics, enhancing our understanding of what works for our audiences
Who you are

- You’re a big foodie, and love the idea of spending many hours of your week talking about food with our customers
What you'll need
We’re open-minded and believe smart driven people can learn fast, but you’ll be a great fit here if you:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Klaviyo (CRM tool)
- Good with numbers whilst also being creative and a great storyteller (you’ll be leading the planning as well as writing the emails and setting out the creative).
- Able to analyse and interpret data - experience working in Excel/Google Sheets.
- We operate a flexible way of working and love to have the team together at least 2 regular days a week at our home in Blackhorse Road (with the flexibility to be in for more days on occasions, when business needs require it
