The plans for 2023 and beyond are as exciting as they are delicious - growing the product range to serve a growing community, scaling our teams and expanding the production space in Blackhorse Road (The Greenhouse).. The allplants team is ready to scale their inclusive celebration of food to the next level and is looking for talent like you to join its journey.

The role:

allplants are looking for an intern to join the brand team and help us deliver the exciting launches we have planned in Autumn.

As PR & Partnerships Intern, your job will be to support in event planning and execution, press & influencer outreach, and ensure consistency with event communication across email & social teams.

You will report into the Head of Brand, but the team is small so you will get the opportunity to learn from everyone.

This internship will be a fantastic introduction to brand building in a fast-growing food brand. Initially, this is a two-month contract. However, there is the potential for this to extend into a permanent role in the future.

Location: You will be based primarily at our Head Office (aka The Veg Patch) in London, N1 (2-3 days a week) with occasional travel to our Kitchen in Blackhorse Road, E17 where required

What you'll be doing

• Managing PR sample requests

• Monitoring the PR inbox and responding to incoming enquiries
• Nurturing relationships with key journalist contacts
• Support with events, from planning through to execution; ensuring fantastic brand experience for journalists, influencers, and allplants mega customers
• Outreaching and engaging with relevant influencers
• Building relationships with strategic brand partners to create impactful editorial brand partnerships
• We are a small team which means that every now and then your help might be needed outside of your core responsibilities, particularly if someone is off ill or on holiday.

Core Deliverables of Internship:

• Ensuring our September launch events are a success; that they generate high social media reach and press coverage

• Manage the influencer & journalist product seeding for the new launch, ensuring smooth logistics and driving high social media impact
• Support with September and October Brand Social Media Partnerships
  

What you'll need

• Strong writing skills – you need to be confident communicating with journalists and influencers and able to write in allplants tone of voice
• Show enthusiasm for the food & sustainability and share allplants’ sense of purpose
• Creativity – we’re looking for someone who can come up with ideas and share them with the team
• Confidence – you need to feel comfortable communicating and working with a wide range of people
• Organisational skills -you will have to juggle a range of different tasks at the same time and have strong attention to detail
• Proactive & self-motivated – sometimes you may need to crack on with a piece of work by yourself
• A team player – we are a small team, and we want someone to get stuck in
• A Levels (minimum C grade in English and Maths). A degree or equivalent qualification such as an apprenticeship, or relevant work experience, like a previous internship is desired.
