Build and own your pipeline

  • Prospect into Nordic enterprise accounts (500+ employees)
  • Leverage LinkedIn, events, and partnerships to build warm outreach
  • Use Adway's own platform for data-driven targeting
  • Maintain a 3× pipeline-to-quota ratio

Run a consultative sales process

  • Multi-thread from first meeting to signed contract
  • Discovery → Demo → Business case → Close
  • Build custom ROI models with real benchmarks
  • Coordinate with CS and Marketing for strategic deals

Close and expand

  • Own the full cycle from first email to signature
  • Negotiate contracts in the 250–500k SEK ARR range
  • Identify expansion opportunities at close and during onboarding
  • Hit — and exceed — quarterly and annual quotas

Shape how we sell

  • You're not executing someone else's playbook — you're writing it
  • Contribute to messaging, positioning, and competitive intel
  • Test new channels and share what works with the team
  • Help define territory strategy as we expand into DACH & UK
Your profile

3+ years closing B2B SaaS or MarTech deals in the Nordics

Proven track record of exceeding quota — with receipts

Strong command of consultative, multi-stakeholder sales

Articulate — can present to a CHRO and a TA coordinator in the same meeting

Curious, structured, and self-driven — you build your own pipe

Fluent in Swedish and English

Bonus: experience in HR Tech, recruitment, or employer branding
08
Bonus: existing network in Nordic enterprise TA
