- → Maintain a 3× pipeline-to-quota ratio
Run a consultative sales process
- → Multi-thread from first meeting to signed contract
- → Discovery → Demo → Business case → Close
- → Build custom ROI models with real benchmarks
- → Coordinate with CS and Marketing for strategic deals
Close and expand
- → Own the full cycle from first email to signature
- → Negotiate contracts in the 250–500k SEK ARR range
- → Identify expansion opportunities at close and during onboarding
- → Hit — and exceed — quarterly and annual quotas
Shape how we sell

- → Contribute to messaging, positioning, and competitive intel
- → Test new channels and share what works with the team
