Azerion Sweden continues to grow, and we are excited to expand our team within the Microsoft Advertising Partnership by adding a Strategic Project Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients to achieve outstanding results on the Microsoft Ads platform.

Who you are
You are a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager with extensive experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. You possess a deep understanding of various campaign types, their advantages and disadvantages, and can act as an expert advisor to both clients and internal teams. Your strategic mindset enables you to develop effective short and long-term strategies that ensure client success and scalability. As a natural leader, you excel at building relationships, guiding team members, and fostering a collaborative environment. You are customer-centric, problem-solving oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to help them advertise effectively on Microsoft Ads while driving growth.
  • Oversee the early onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and objectives.
  • Foster strong client relationships while actively identifying ways to encourage increased investment in Microsoft Advertising and the expansion of their campaign types.
  • Guide Account Executives on the developed strategies, equipping them to manage day-to-day communications and follow up effectively with clients.
  • Identify customer needs and market opportunities, fostering long-term relationships, particularly with mid-sized and larger accounts to drive business growth.
  • Lead client meetings, addressing any questions or concerns regarding technical, creative, and strategic aspects of advertising.
  • Conduct workshops in partnership with Account Executives, briefing clients and internal teams on updates and new features.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in Performance Marketing (minimum 3 years).
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing, specifically within Microsoft Ads.
  • Proven experience with SEM platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with a strong understanding of Tag Manager tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, thriving in roles that require engagement with clients and colleagues to foster a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
