Job Summary:

• Salary: £25k basic, achievable OTE of £30k
• Location: Imperial House Botleigh Grange Office, Southampton SO30 2AF

Working within the Customer Support team, you will have an absolute passion for customers and deliver an amazing customer experience that drives sales success. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting our customers on the phone, via email, and through live chat.

Being professional, helpful, and supportive, you'll be instrumental in making our customers' car dreams come true. By receiving inbound calls and leads generated from our search and aggregator platforms, you'll be the driving force behind transforming interested prospects into satisfied customers.

Skills and experience required:

• Previous automotive experience beneficial but not essential
• Ability to question and qualify customers and recognise buying signals
• Previous telephone sales experience is essential
• A proven track record in sales is a must
• You have experience of managing your own sales pipeline through to successful conversion
• You possess excellent telephone based customer relationship building skills with a clear and engaging voice
• You thrive in a fast paced, targeted sales environment
• A professional positive and outgoing manor with great people skills
• Being a team player and supporting the development of others
• Highly organised, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.

This role is an office based role, full time hours working across Monday-Sunday on a shift pattern/ rota basis. We are operational from 8am-9pm so being able to work during these hours is essential.
